Summary: The room was very clean, linens were so comfortable and cozy. It was a good thing because we couldn't grt the heat to work, the room stayed between 59-61 degrees. Our second room we also had the water faucet in the shower fell off, took maintenance 15plus minutes to shut off. Upon check in,we were told 1 room was ready and the second was almost ready. We opted.to wait for both. An hour passed and still no.word. A different front desk person then said neither room were ready. Then told had to wait until 4pm. This was not the experience i would have expected from such an exclusive property, especially during off season.

Summary: Our stay was everything you would hope it would be staying at a beautiful 5 star resort. The room was comfortable, beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings and the most comfortable bed. We had a gas fireplace in the room that kept us cozy and casted a warm ambiance for our stay. The hotel staff was great, location perfection. Exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn’t change a thing

Summary: An incredible stay. Room at the main inn could use some updating. Just a bit tired with cracked tiles and some worn furniture, but overall the hotel is spectacular. The breakfast at Stars was amazing.
